14We react the the Metroid Prime 4 Beyond trailer and Matt has a mental breakdown:
Oh no... I hate to say it but the hype for Metroid Prime 4 has been dampened a bit after watching the new trailer from the Nintendo Direct. Samus popping a wheelie on here motorcycle and Akira sliding through the desert isn't what I personally want to see in a game whose strength comes form it's feeling of creeping dread and isolation. I really hope my gut in wrong on this one but I have a sinking feeling that I might not like a game I've been waiting 8 years for. Luckily, Nintendo has a track record of making some of the worst trailers ever so even if the game looks bad here, that doesn't mean the game will BE bad (cope).
