A formula for success, Spyro the Dragon and Crash Bandicoot, together in a single game, working together to stop their greatest enemies, the evil sorcerer Ripto and the mad scientist Dr. Neo Cortex. On paper a perfect storm of a game, the Playstation's biggest mascots at the time together at last. Both series have always been aware of each other at this point, with nods to each other like codes to unlock demos to each other. And this game, takes all of that hope and all of that hype, and throws every bit of it out of the window.
