Gaming Review of the Intel i5-8400 vs Ryzen 5 1600. As requested were facing of my intel i5 8400 and ryzen 1600, the 8400 is running with mce (multi core enhancement) turned on and the 1600 is overclocked to 4.0ghz. Both have been paired with same 16gb 3200mhz ram at stock XMP Settings and an Asus Strix GTX 1070 Ti Overclocked 150mhz on core and 400mhz on memory.
So who will win the battle of the 6 cores????
I will be testing at 1440P the games being testes today are, Rise of the tomb raider, shadow of war, far cry primal, ghost recon wildlands, Assassins Creed Origins, grand theft auto 5 and forza Motorsport 7. All bench mark scores have been taking when not recording. For the recordings I am using nvidia shadow play.
