➤➤➤➤ Both of the processors are pretty much identical to each other. According to my testing, I was able to see the visible difference only when I overclocked the 7740X higher than the 7700K which is 5.1GHz otherwise at same clock speeds, they both gave me the same results.
Maximum overclocking with the 7700K is upto 5GHz whereas with the 7740X, it's upto 5.2 GHz.

➤ NOTE : There's always a 2-5 FPS hit when using any on-screen gameplay recorder, so keep that in mind.
