I got challenged to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and I did it and donated, but that got me thinking - this is an opportunity to do something good for a cause that's important to me.

So in solidarity with and inspired by Zoe Quinn, I invited my friends and family to dump buckets of ice water on me in exchange for donations to iFred.org - they support depression treatment and education.
