The longest chapter, and quite a lot of tedium within it if you ask me. Talk-locking Oswald at the start skips the dialogue with the Banite. Before the Guardian, we corral the yuan-ti camps to kill them a little faster. The black dragon is spawned/killed offscreen to reduce lag. The Cedra portion of the Kuldahar battle goes well, but some bad luck with enemy saves.

Dragon's Eye is the worst part of this game in my opinion. The quests here are pretty much mandatory, and once we begin it its just a lot of moving around and gathering items. Its possible to avoid the boulder, but I'm not sure how it works to be honest. Breaking the cutscene after returning the sword breaks the game (yay). However, once we've created the potion there is no need to return to the quest giver, as we can simply use it ourselves. I resurrect our other party member twice in level 3. Once to be the guinea pig for the potion, and again to use the Paladin/Monk evil detection to get through the priest's disguise.

The Magma Chamber is much more tolerable now. First of all, we skip a lot of running by simply over encumbering Nina so that we can talk to Archon from the blocked left side, saving around 10 seconds. Using a skip involving triggering the exit multiple times after completing day 5 we are able to skip over 7 minutes of cutscenes and useless wandering. The trigger to exit to the Fields is killing Izabelah, so we still have to do that.

The fields arent too difficult, just a lot of cutscene interruptions. I'm still undecided on whether or not its faster to bluff the dread orc and get the key through dialogue or to kill him. It takes a little more effort because he's immune to death magic. Some bad luck on the red wizard, he saves around 4 times.
