Once you get to the hidden room you will unlock the "Instant Kill" ability. It can be used only once and it goes into another scene or you can manually defeat the enemies to get a different outcome as show in this video. Instant Killed is trigged by presing LT(Xbox button setup) or (L2 PS4 button setup)
