Now before you start freaking out, THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL TECH DEMO VIDEO. It's a fan-made video that I made. These are just in-game clips from Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception, recorded in PPSSPP with Bandicam. There was an HD texture mod that I used which turns the game into what could've been a remastered home console port of the PSP game, as well as a 60FPS cheat that makes the game exceed its 30FPS framerate limit. However, if you combine the HD mod with PPSSPP's processing shader, Sharpen, and the 60FPS cheat, it basically makes the game look more like a PlayStation 2 game than a PSP one. The mods that I've just mentioned can be found here. https://superostrich.xyz/acx.html This made me imagine what would happen if Ace Combat 2 was remade for the PlayStation 2(I know we already have an AC2 remake for 3DS). Also, this video uses an aspect ratio of 4:3. This was to mimic the standard definition era of games since HD wasn't a thing in the PS2 era.
