If you're running Windows, just download rtmpdump(It's free, get it here: http://download3.videohelp.com/rtmpdump-20110925-git-6230845-win32.zip ), and use this command when Bob's live:

rtmpdump.exe --live -r "rtmp://fml.2010.edgecastcdn.net/202010" -a "202010" -f "WIN 11,0,1,152" -W "http://static.ec.own3d.tv/player/Own3dPlayerV2_51.swf" -p "http://www.own3d.tv/liveembed/34046?autoPlay=true" -y "i05-clgame_34046" -o "Guardsman_Bob_Video.flv"

One way of doing this is using the command prompt (aka cmd.exe, which is standard on any Windows machine), where one would change the directory(with the cd [location] command) to where the rtmpdump.exe file is, then run that command line.

You can change the part "Guardsman_Bob_Video.flv" to whatever you may like, as it is the name of the file that will be saved, but keep in mind one should keep the ".flv" extension at the end.

Keep in mind, I'm not going to be uploading/working on someone else's recordings. If you want help, though, feel free to ask.

While it varies upon the stream quality, an hour of footage shouldn't be more than 625 MB.

Please read my channel description for knowledge on what to do with the recorded footage, but essentially all you need to work with it is FLVExtract and the MKVMerge tool of MKVToolNix, both of which are free software.

Since Linux can run rtmpdump, in theory one should be able to do this on Linux as well, although I have no idea why someone would want to do that.
