Dished's recipe
1 egg
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
(Microwave for 1 minute)

Slightly modified recipe I tried (and loved!)
1 egg
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
(Microwave for 1 minute)
