I spent the night in the hospital, caring for my mother, facing pain, humiliation, and disappointment from those I least expected.
It was there, in the midst of the pain, that I understood: life isn't about money, status, or appearance.
It's about love, presence, healing, and purpose.
I also talk about the traumas I've carried since I was in the womb, my emotional struggle, and how therapy and my communion with God gave me the strength to keep going.
