They will probably add Sam in the future where we can fight him repeatedly.
As of Patch 2.0 this mission is the only place we can fight him.
We can't fight him again after defeating him.
Since we can retreat and fight him again as many time we want if we don't defeat him, it might be the best time to get the 2 Achievements. If they add Sam to say Simulated Universe, it'll take a lot longer to retry the fight since there's no retreat in Simulated Universe.

To get Ignite my Heart, Inflame My Flesh, I just keep suicide and repeat the fight, his attacks put my characters on low HP or kill them, and eventually at some point one of my character have low enough HP and using Skill triggers the Achievement.

To get Quiet Burning may need to have Welt, Sam's very fast, need to land Imprisonment on him.
After Sam use Secondary Combustion, need to Break or use 5 Skill that attacks before Sam's next turn.
My characters too slow to use 5 Skill that attacks, so I had to Break Sam.
