Took many tries.
As I keep retrying I realized I was trying to defeat the enemies fast during Buildup Stages while trying to Buildup the buffs. As long as there's Simian on the stage, the other enemies doesn't matter, it's the Simian that build buffs.
So I let March use Skills so she will be targeted, while the other just Basic Attack. Seems to work better that way.
Tried Gepard few times, I think they put Gepard as a trap / decoy.
