Ikusa Megami Zero (NRE, 100%) - Rajislawa
5Finally starting off this challenge for real, now that I've completed a first playthrough of the game and know what to expect (also allows me to disable random encounters so I don't have to keep running from them).
The first dungeon is a very important one for building up Selika's basic skills and getting some EXP. All the fixed encounters were fought with Selika alone to maximize his EXP gain, with the exception of the worm (Kaya) and the Rebradol (Dalnos) since I could use fear double kills to gain additional EXP (I might explain this more later).
Anyway, regarding this boss strat, at first I didn't think it was possible to complete with Selika alone at low levels, due to a very limited supply of restorative items. Thankfully, by being extremely careful with EXP optimization, I was able to get just the right stats for this battle (see the comments below fore more techincal details).
In particular, I needed 1 point of Def. Freq over base to avoid taking multiple hit damage from Rajislawa, and I also focused on MP/TP growth to have 48 of each, which allows for 3 max powered Spinning Blades on the first battle and 4 max powered Body Sword Dances against the dragon. Only needed to use 3 small healing waters (potions), so very happy with this outcome.
