Full playthrough of the Incredible custom level "Imhotep's Legacy" created by Heresy. This level is designed to run with the Arcane Dimensions mod (v1.8) for Quake. I am running it through the Quakespasm Spiked sourceport. It was released on February 2, 2021. I played this on Hard difficulty, which provided a good, balanced challenge. I got every kill, but missed a few secrets. It's a impressively long level, especially when compared to OG Quake levels. The Egyptian visual theme is well utilized throughout the level, and the soundtrack included is stellar. This is a perfect example of aesthetics married with superb level design theory. This is one of the finest Custom levels I have had the privilege of playing in recent memory.
Note: Ignore the short 10 second muted period at the beginning of the video. That was youtube's doing as the NIN music is copywritten.
