In my opinion Game Corp DX.

Game Corp DX is a management game. It was released on steam on 2 Oct, 2015 by Endless Loop Studios.

After thoughts:
• The right click thing with the UI was probably because flash supplies it's own right click menu

This is what I'm basing my opinion on:
Completed the campaign on Normal: 2:41
Played for around 20 minutes on casual before releasing the video seemed a little too easy.
