In an attempt to either keep Soujuuro away from Aoko so Tobimaru can have her to himself or to genuinely try and warn him that Aoko is a landmine he doesn't want to get involved in, Tobimaru decides to regale Soujuuro, and by extension us, with the tales of how Aoko became the student council president. Turns out that she inherited the title after hospitalizing the previous student council president for being a creepy stalker who followed her home.
