Time for another Gm 911 and to help another dungeon master in need. This time our game master wants help implementing the player characters back stories into the campaign and adventures he is writing for them. In this case I think our DM is just making it hard than it needs to be. Whole adventures could be woven from one or more players back ground stories or even just single encounters. Also you don't have to include the whole adventuring party every session either.
