1A Youtube user named НикитаДемидов-е4ъ, told me about a launch option to fix the artifacting from the first video, it's "radv_legacy_sparse_binding=true radv_zero_vram=true RADV_DEBUG=nodcc %command%"
As soon as I used it the problems were resolved, still a slight shimmer around the eyes at certain camera angles but it's like 99% better.
The same fix is also on Proton DB and I forgot that site existed, lol.
