Scraps is a multiplayer vehicular combat game featuring a deep custom car building mechanic. You are allowed to tweak and customize cars to your hearts content, so long as they meet the power and cooling specs. Games like this are notoriously hard to balance, so we'll be looking deep at the balancing and seeing what can be done about it!
