Witcheye is a huge pixelled arcade adventure where you play as a witch's eye going through short levels killing enemies and avoiding hazards. It has a unique movement mechanic where you're not affected by gravity, and you fling the eye bouncing around the level. It is like a realtime minigolf.
This video is of the Steam version, but there is also a mobile version both for iOS and Android that I'm sure it plays better with touch controls.

Witcheye follows the level structure of retro platformers with a world map and a boss at the end of each world. There are hidden collectables that will make you repeat a level more than once if you want to get 100%.

The pixels are big, but the sprite and backgrounds are colorful and well animated, and the music fits perfectly the 16-bit feel.
