15Renault Group is aiming for net-zero carbon in Europe by 2030. Its industry is going through an in-depth transformation, with the aim to massively reduce CO 2 emissions from its factories and to divide worldwide CO2 emissions by five by 2030, compared
to 2019.
It will do so by consuming less, smarter, and by relying on renewable energy (solar, wind, geothermal or biomass energy, or methanation).
The factory of the future is on its way: low carbon that produces the energy it consumes and uses water frugally. Renault Group will be the world leader for sustainable industry by 2030!
