INEPT REVIEWS: BONNIE AND CLYDE ZX SPECTRUM
24Another little homebrew gem from Zosya software who also brought us Drift and Valley of Rains for the ZX Spectrum. These guys know how to push the ZX Spectrum to its limits. This was actually reviewed in May 2020 the same day I reviewed the afforementioned games. This game isn't a technical marvel like those games, and is more your standard single screen platform/arcade action fare. As seems to be the case with modern games for the old 8-Bit machines, difficulty has been toned down considerably. Whilst I found the brutality of those old games frustrating, sometimes it's an essential part of the gaming progress - it's the difficulty and one more go factor that pushes you to go on and try again and again. Take that away and well, maybe you fall short sometimes.
