Description on how to get the "Overkill" Challenge done on inFAMOUS First Light. Save a hostage with a Neon Singularity.

Looks like some players have problems getting the Overkill Challenge done!
So here is a video on how I did it.

First, just pick up any RESCUE Arena, you will start with a full NEON SINGULARITY, rush for rescue of the first HOSTAGE.
Without hitting any enemies, use the NEON SINGULARITY.
After that, just go by the HOSTAGE and recue him. And WAIT for the pop up!
