Picked up off from Uptown where we took the mission to infiltrate the Roamers in the Junkyard. The mission had to be super quiet. Super quiet, if it was ever an element ๐
So made way through the MAP23: Pipeworks and with a blend of fail pipebomb throws and getting wrecked by the Roamers while attempting to talk with them. We went guns blazin' people โ๐โ
I think there is a bug in the game at or around 26:01 - 26:45, if you take the Pit-fiend (i cant believe i was riding an Imp from DOOM all this time ๐ฅ) to the Junkyard, due to a bug, you are not able to dismount or use any keys. So had to reload the game and get the bike instead.
Few map secrets are,
- Enter the repair shop and enter the side room on the west side. Climb to its roof and jump to the north area to find junk and armor scraps. (sector 2807)
- Enter the west set of underground rooms and enter the barracks. Shoot the northwest vent and crawl through to get a military rifle and rifle cartridges. (sector 3150)
- In the southwest junkyard, find a ladder northeast of the southwest part and climb up. Jump to the southernmost part and into the truck to get a pipebomb and light bullets. (sector 3553)
- In the main junkyard, climb up the junked cars on the west side and maneuver your way to the northwest side of these junked cars, where you can head inside to get armor scraps and junk. (sector 656)
- In the main junkyard, at the west side with the junked cars, climb the crane and use the switch to raise some junked cars to the east. Climb the cars and appliances just south of there and jump north to the raised cars. You can find some junk where the cars have been raised. (sector 598)
- In the junk service building, jump on the crates to the southeast end to get pipebombs. (sector 1319)
- At the main junkyard entrance, jump on the military truck to the east and jump northeast over the fence. Head east and climb the ladder to get junk, painkillers, and a junker musket. (sector 1216)
- At the southwest section of junked cars, head to the west wall, then south and east under several junked cars. You will soon find junk and armor scraps. (sector 861)
- At the southeast part of the main junkyard, head inside a building and find a chair you can push outside. Push it east and south to the crates. Jump over them and the next stack of crates to get a first-aid kit and some junk. (sector 1482)
