This is what comes to mind when people not from NY ask about winter out here. Boots, slush, cracked concrete, and struggle. This is that gritty old school to new school boom bap rap shit for knuckleheads only. The contrast is so clean and clear they been doing it for so long. The production on this has variety, all dope. The features came to play whether it from the grave or not, went hard. The pacing is dope, the messages, the sauce when its saucing, the aggression when its white knuckle it all hit. Even the fact these elder heads was taking shots at old dudes tryna make it in rap was dope. Throw this on for some nostalgia, something that can hang with the new, and will knock you upside your head. In rotation.
