First, we would like to apologize for the issues that were experienced with the event.

In the ongoing [Nat 5 Monster Selective Summon Event], 

you can change the summoned Monster once after Apr. 30th 8am PDT at the event page

and get refunds for the Rainbowmons and Devilmons used for the Monster's growth.

But there was an issue where [Nat 4 Monsters or Fusion Monsters used to upgrade the summoned Monster's skill]

were refunded with Devilmons when changing the Monster in the event page.

For all Summoners who received Devilmons this way,

the Devilmons will be retrieved and replaced with the Nat 4 Monsters or Fusion Monsters used.

If the Devilmons subject to retrieval have been used and you do not have enough Devilmons in possession,

the skill level of the Monster that you upgraded with Devilmons most recently will be deducted.

The skill deduction amount will be the same as the number of Devilmons subject for retrieval,

and the deduction will occur randomly among the Monster's skills.

These measures will be carried out in order starting today,

but we fear that the entire process of reviewing logs, retrieving Devilmons, and giving back Monsters will take a while.

We ask for your generous understanding and will notify you of the completion via a separate notice.

And to prevent the same issue from reoccurring,

the below Monsters will temporarily be unchangeable until the process is complete.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
