Saw this whilst watching a tournament and heard the commentators talk about it so had to test it out, pretty sick tech TBH. Don't know why I didn't think about it after my last discovery xD

Harley benefits from it greatly, not sure which other characters have jumping 2s that hit low enough. Jump 1 doesn't have long enough hit stun and Jump 3 doesn't allow for buffering/cancelling (plus it causes knock down).
