In this Injustice 2 Video, we get 360 Multiverse Supergirl fragments in the first season and unlock a 4 star character.
Passive: Multiverse Tenacity - +5-15% Team Defense(+2.5% per Rank), -30%-50% Incoming damage for Multiverse teammates when below 30% Health.
(The first part of the passive is better than Superman, worse than Armored Superman, and indifferent with Silver Aquaman)
(The second part of the passive does get better the more health you have. If your Multiverse Characters are low level, the damage reduction is useless. But when you have 30,000+ Health, with at least a 10,000 HP buffer, this could save you from getting one shot.
Special 2: Super Breath 1.5% Damage increase per rank, the Freeze goes up .05 Seconds per rank. Freeze is different from a Stun, the first attack will break a freeze.
Special 3: 1.42% Damage increase per rank.
Nether Special 2 or 3 can hit multiple opponents.
Final Thoughts: Multiverse Green Arrow's passive is the best, being able to Power Drain and do damage on a Special 1. With Supergirl's long animation on Walking Laser, this isn't very effective with Doctor Fate. I don't see Supergirl being better than a B Tier character.
