How to draw an octopus with Inkscape 1.2

I was making a level boss for my game and ended up doing a tutorial on how to draw an octopus XD.

The general purpose of this tutorial is to demonstrate how to quickly create a tentacle. But you can also go one step further and use a process similar to the one used in my "How to draw a Coil spring" tutorial (https://youtu.be/w0S1oOXyhCI) to create a tentacle that coils around an object.
