Inkulinati - Review and Gameplay
8Inkulinati is a turn based strategy game available on the xbox game pass. I did not like it and the main reason is that it is really really simple. I understand that there are not so many turn-based strategy games on consoles, but for all those players that have a PC, Inkulinati will be an easiest version of the turn based strategy games they have always played. Despite the good graphic, Inkulinati cannot be compared to the deepness of PC games of the 90s like Ufo Enemy Unknown or of all the Warhammer saga.
In this game you have to create soldiers and, respecting the movement and the combat turns, you will have to defeat the enemy illuminator, in every battle you will have to defeat a different enemy. You have different units with different abilities, and your illuminator will have different powers but... everything is so FLAT!
I really do not understand all this entusiasm around this game. I would prefer 100 times the turn based strategy game Master of Magic of the 1994, that with the graphic of the 90s had a deep concept and game dynamic.
This is why, unfortunately, the Xbox or Playstation worlds cannot be compared to the PC universe, we are far away from the quality that PC users were used to already deacades ago....
My review is completely negative, I'm sorry but this game do not deserve more attention.
