The third cup in Insane 2 adds another 2 race types, jamboree and pursuit. In jamboree racers have to try and get to a random checkpoint. The first person to get to the checkpoint scores a point. In Pursuit the objective is to stay inside of the spotlight below the helicopter to earn points. Completing this cup unlocks the Coyote vehicle.
