Today the Federal Judge Corely did not grant the Preliminary Injunction which puts an end to a several month battle between Lina Khan and the Federal Trade Commission battle against big tech. Microsoft made a call for 69 billion dollars to acquire Activision Blizzard and King the Studios behind Call of Duty, Overwatch, Diablo, World of Warcraft and Crash Bandicoot. The big reveal from this news is that Xbox is not blocked from buying ABK and throughout most of the world, they cannot be stopped from making money from this new acquisition
