This game is fantastic, the sound is just awesome like a circuit bent Portia chip, with quite a few levels to enjoy, it does however get more and more difficult and eventually keeps repeating at 'impossible' setting. This is most likely the bit that didn't get done, level design and play testing. It's OK for an arcade game to be really difficult but there has to be variety to keep the coins flowing. Found this by accident looking for another old game with insects to shoot :o)
