Ellen DeGeneres just spent $49 million on a sprawling compound in Montecito, California, in an exclusive off-market deal that she reportedly paid for in cash. With her wife Portia de Rossi, Ellen has quite the reputation for buying, renovating and selling luxurious properties. But this estate, located in the exclusive Santa Barbara enclave and once-owned by Dennis Miller, is her most expensive home yet.
