Instagram Stories just began offering its own augmented reality, animated selfie filters. This is the last major Snapchat feature left for Instagram to copy. Tap on the Smiley button or press down on your face to select from 9 different selfie filters. To maintain Instagram’s more artsy feel, the filters are less aggressive and transformative than Snapchat’s. After this launch, there’s no more obvious reasons to use Snapchat instead of Instagram Stories.
