Install K&N Drop In Air Filter Clone into my BMW 328i Wagon: K&N doesn't want u to see this..
First off, I have always began all my Tunes using the K&N drop in air filter.. Lexus LS400, Mrs's Subaru Impreza, Audi A4 Avant, and now BMW 328i Wagon ... oh wait I didn't use K&N brand. ... I was pointed to this new company that makes high quality drop in air filters. The reason I prefer drop ins is because (especially in Euro cars) the Entire Air Intake kit with cone and bla bla.. looks juvenile.. reality it doesn't make a difference over a high quality drop in air filter. ... Also don't expect all of a sudden to be a speed demon. Installing a quality air filter is one piece to the puzzle if your looking for bigger HP gains. ... the purpose of this video ( despite poor camera work) is to show an intelligent viewer that #1 yes an aftermarket drop in air filter does slight and noticeable improvement over stock and #2 this K&N clone performed just as good as K&N and it costed 3x less .. ( and I'm not one to cheap out when it comes to quality parts on my or Mrs cars) .. the K&N drop in filter runs about $60 .. I got this clone for $20. The Audi is APR Stage III tuned and does 0-60 in 4.6 ( that's a Station Wagon) .. I don't expect my BMW Wagon to pull similar because it's non turbo but as long as I can build her up to but these hillbillies down here to shame .. I'm happy. Feel free to ask questions about this product . There is ALOT of crap these Millennials put on their Honda Civics or other videos where spoiled rich kids destroyed a beautiful European Car by posting videos of them installing garbage. So I hope this review will help most of us that get up go to work to pay a mortgage, support our family, but also love our cars and wanna keep things classy and grown up .
