Install asciinema terminal recorder in linux/debian and install screenFetch in linux/debian. To capture your screen using screen fetch type the command screenFetch -s and the screenshot will be saved to your home folder.
One part left out of the video was that you do need sudo apt-get install lsb-release scrot in order for the screen capture to work
