Installing Quake on a Windows 98 Computer - Intel Pentium III Processor
Have you ever wondered what it was like to play Quake on Windows 98. What about installing it?
In this Video Smango from Quakefans.net installs the Original Quake from a 1.01 Version CD that he has in his collection.
Installed and tested some maps, and mods from 1996!
This includes the Basic Castle, the first ever created Quake Map from Quaddicted to see how it runs on the Original engine and not a source port!
This gameplay was not capture from a source port and comes directly from the DOS version/original Engine of Quake. Using a VESA USB HDMI capture device I'm not able to split from VGA to HDMI to capture true and original Quake Content!
