Installing Windows 10 and AMD GPU drivers on a PC I recently bought off eBay.

Looking at the GPU model, C553, it appeared to be a AMD Radeon R5 240, so I installed the latest drivers for that until I get a better card for it.

I also had to get a Displayport to HDMI Cable(£3.97), since my TV(which I use as a monitor) only has HDMI, Composite and SCART Inputs.

After installing the GPU drivers, I also now have sound, I guess through the DP-HDMI cable, to the TV Speakers.
