This video will instruct on the installation of the creation of a Windows 7 Virtual Machine. It will instruct on the porting of a SLIC 2.1 from the Host PC which has a Windows 7/8/8.1/10 Pro OEM License to the VM. Finally it will go through applying OEM System Locked Preinstallation.
