This video I take you through the whole procedure of installing Windows 98 SE on a virtual machine using WMware Player Workstation 14 (free edition) and some of the problems you may face installing this on a modern system.

Windows 98 SE Spec: (From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_98)

Intel 80486DX2 66 MHz or a compatible CPU with a math coprocessor (Pentium processor recommended) 16 MB of RAM (24 MB recommended, it is possible to run on 8 MB machines with /nm option used during the installation process) At least 500 MB of disk space.
