This is a glitch that came about recently after the release of Phase 2. If, as a hunter, you crouch on top of a hatch and grab a fallen survivor, all 3 of their hearts are depleted in one fell swoop. This video is a demonstration of that glitch, where I tried it out as Huggy Wuggy against a few survivors in a live match.

As far as I'm aware, no one really knows how this happens or what the mechanics are behind it. My theory is that the survivor gets stuck inside the hunter as they're moved into the hatch, so the game counts the 1 heart taken away as many hearts being taken away, and so many kills happen at once. This is evidenced by the fact that the UI explodes with the "tickets gained" notification for dropping a survivor in a hatch, and that when you're the unfortunate soul on the receiving end of this, you get so many death screams from the mini Wuggy's layered on top of each other (which is definitely nice on the eardrums).

While this could have some use for Monster Win speedruns, I think this should be patched or some sort of in-game deterrent against using this should be implemented, because bad apples could use this to immediately kill everyone and make playing the game unfun in the long run.

(UPDATE 7/7/2023): This was patched by the devs in a hotfix.
