Insurgency Sandstorm puts out Meme Game modes every once in a while, in this mode. You can only eliminate enemies with headshots. There are special enemy types; all enemies will use Knives, Molotovs, or Rigged Explosives.

It's a fun and challenging Zombie Mode; I queued into a Random server and played with some of these guys for a couple hours before deciding I should be a responsible adult

This was one of the more chaotic matches.
