Integrity and Game Reviewers
63Ranton and Mutahar recently made a video talking about the conflict of interest with game reviewers who receive free early review copies from gaming companies. I agree with most of their video and they bring up a lot of good points that you should take into account especially if you depend on reviews to drive your purchase. I recommend giving their video a watch if you want to learn more about it but it's not necessarily new information. There was one thing he said about reviewers that I don't think is so black and white. I'll give my own perspective on this even though I'm pretty sure I'm not part of the group he's talking about since I'm a smaller channel who doesn't rely on review copies.
