Intel CPU Warranty Investigation Undercover: XMP vs. RMA

In this video, we're going undercover with Beve Sturke and Snowflake to learn how Intel treats customers during support calls and warranty or service requests. The internet has lately been alight with concern that Intel supposedly would reject any CPU for warranty if it had been used with XMP -- an Intel technology -- enabled during the life of the CPU. We recorded several calls with Intel's support center and recorded conversations with Intel's chat support representatives, posing as real customers to try and uproot any evils that may be afoot. The Intel warranty technically does not cover XMP, but the question is whether or not this matters and is enforced in the RMA process for Intel CPUs. AMD, by the way, also does similar things to this.
