I streamed The Witcher 3 using 2 Computers setup. My main rig was actually playing the game while OBS relayed it to my second rig (the one streaming).

I used NDI Plugin for OBS, which can be found here: https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi

So, my i3 10100 PC only had to stream the game, no other tasks were performed. I tried both HW and SW encoding with similar results, but I think there's one winner.
