Intel i5-8400 MCE On - Will It Do 4GHZ On All Cores With Stock Cooler
986As Requested here is my review of Multi Core Enhancement running on the Intel i5 8400. Many of you have been asking will turning MCE on allow the i5 8400 to hit 4.0ghz on all cores over the stock 3.8ghz on all cores. I will be testing at stock and mce turned on to see if theirs any extra performance, will the voltage increase to unsafe levels and can The intel stock cooler keep the i5 8400 boosting to 3.8ghz and 4.0ghz on all cores.
I will also be briefly discussing why I don't think that the upcoming h370 + b360 motherboards will limit the I5 8400 performance as much as some reviewers are claiming.
