Senator Warren is trying to pass a bill to bring faster speeds and better service for rural areas residents of the united states, and putting it in their hands instead of the big ISP service's hands. She is trying to stop the practice of keeping out other ISP services within an area and landlords from making exclusive deals with a certain ISPs. Its a major change and a good way for everyone.
