22This Saturday morning, after Joseph and Chris watched Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, they also got a chance to interview creator/executive producer, Radford Sechrist and developer/executive producer, Bill Wolkoff to discuss the show, characters, and what led to the creation of Kipo and her world!
Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, based of the webcomic by Rad Sechrist, follows Kipo Oak as she wonders a post-apocalyptic wasteland full of Mutes or mutated animals who have become the dominant species on earth. Through her travels she befriends Mondu, Wolf, Benson, and Dave and meets several Mute clans like the Mod Frogs, Timbercats, and Fitness Racoons. Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts was adapted for television by Bill Wolkoff and produced by DreamWorks animation. Season 1 is available for streaming on Netflix.
